Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local Meridian branch with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and records compliance. You will manage job postings, screen applicants, and guide new hires through onboarding while building strong community partnerships.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events, building partnerships in the local community.
• Ensures HR compliance by adhering to company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Improves candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Enhances recruitment outreach on social media and job platforms.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams for staffing needs.
• Uses iCIMS and payroll/schedule systems for data entry and tracking.
• Coordinates needed trainings and maintains employee file audits.
