Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, assist applicants and new hires through onboarding, and build strong partner relationships.

The role requires a self-motivated, people-focused individual who communicates effectively, handles confidential information, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds local partnerships.
• Ensures HR compliance and adheres to state/federal laws and company policies.
• Enhances candidate experience and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilizes social media and job platforms for diverse candidate outreach.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams for staffing needs.
• Uses iCIMS ATS and completes data entry within payroll and schedule systems.
• Coordinates trainings, tracks certifications, and audits employee files.
