American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator-Temporary for remote work in the Northeast, currently posted in Baltimore, MD. You will support School Fundraising for the Kids Heart Challenge through data entry, coordinating with the fundraising team, and school outreach, with a laptop provided.

Role begins Oct 2, 2025 and ends May 2026 (~30 weeks). It is a home-office position, 25 hours per week, with mornings preferred.

Formación

• Three years of administrative, coordination, or event management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with event planning and web conferencing tools.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (testing may apply).

Responsabilidades

• Meet with directors and volunteers to align on objectives.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely service.
• Support Directors and Senior leaders with data and reports.
• Prepare presentations and meeting minutes.
• Work independently and in teams on projects.
