Job summary

American Heart Association, Inc. is seeking a Development Coordinator—Temporary for remote work in the Northeast (posted in Baltimore, MD). You will support School Fundraising programs for Kids Heart Challenge, including data entry, donor records, and communications with schools.

Laptop provided to enable remote work, with hours five per day, five days a week. The role requires data management experience, PowerPoint/Excel skills, and collaboration with Directors and volunteers to reach school

Qualifications

At least three years’ experience in administrative work, project coordination, and/or event management with attention to detail.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in event planning, organizing, consultation, and event management preferred; proficient in web conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

Meet regularly with directors and volunteers to maintain open communication and ensure objectives are met.
Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly with a high level of service.
Assist Directors/Sr. Directors and VPs with duties and prepare presentations and documentation.
Work independently and in teams on special projects and meetings.
Enter, maintain, and report on donor data and events; generate reports as needed.
