Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to support our community maintenance efforts in Alaska. This part-time role requires regular on-site attendance, responding to resident and management work orders, and assisting with make-ready tasks under supervision.

You will help with preventive maintenance, pool care, safety compliance, inventory, and record-keeping, while upholding customer service standards and safety policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and safety practices.
• Maintain preventative maintenance practices and keep accurate records.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies; keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community and follow safety policies.
