Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks and assist with make-ready processes under supervision.

The role requires daily on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
• Attend daily on-site and respond to work orders promptly for community areas and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities and address hazards.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, PMs, and inventory.
