Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, turn events, and routine upkeep across a diverse portfolio. You will handle corrective and preventive tasks, assist with make-readies, and maintain pools and common areas with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks at the property.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Attend on-call emergencies and contribute to a safe environment.
