Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, correcting, preventing, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will assist with make-ready, safety compliance, and daily site upkeep to ensure resident satisfaction.

You’ll perform pool care, inspect grounds, maintain records, and respond to maintenance requests while prioritizing safety and OSHA guidelines. Regular on-site attendance and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: handle maintenance tasks for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and make-ready duties under supervision.
• Maintain safety practices and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, inspections, and repairs.
