Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our community portfolio. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision, ensuring safety standards and timely service completion.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, proper chemical log upkeep for pools, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in the maintenance/repair-related turn events and general upkeep of the community.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
