Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance processes for our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. The role supports make-ready efforts under supervision, and requires regular on-site attendance and strong safety practices.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining pools and grounds, and helping manage inventory and records.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing maintenance tasks and repairs for community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily upkeep of common areas, grounds, and model units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with make-ready tasks for turnover.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community and ensure safety procedures are followed.
