Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site duties.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and scheduling of turn events.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and safety.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Report policy violations and participate in on-call emergencies.
