Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
