Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office teammates with tools, training and information. The role also covers payroll and HR administration, and managing AR/AP and cash handling to Caliber standards, all while delivering a world-class customer experience. Ongoing training ensures SOPs are applied consistently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support with tools, training, and information to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain AR, AP, and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
