Robar Enterprises is hiring a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in California. The role involves processing invoices for payment, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring payments are made in accordance with company policy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounts payable, strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with Epicor. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to meet deadlines.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong math, detail-oriented, accurate with vendor data.
• Proficient in MS Office; Epicor experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

• Process AP invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure proper payment approvals.
• Enter invoice data into accounting system.
• Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
