Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Seven+ years in progressive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Five+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accrual & prepaid expense accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily AP operations, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and posting.
• Personally process about 50% of the department's invoices in a high-volume environment.
• Supervise AP staff; set priorities, train, and develop team members.
• Own AP approval workflows and timely payment postings across Epicor ERP.
• Manage ACH, checks, wires, and payment cycles with proper controls.
• Prepare and own AP cash forecast and vendor master controls.
