Job summary

Envent Corporation seeks a detail-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to keep vendor payments accurate, on time, and well-documented. You’ll partner with our accounting team and serve as the go-to contact for vendors on AP matters.

Responsibilities include processing invoices with three-way matching, verifying terms, coding to GL accounts and projects, and managing the AP inbox. Credit card processing and month-end support are also included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience with invoice processing, POs, three-way matching
• Knowledge of GL accounts, project/job coding
• Familiarity with Bill.com, Concur, QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time with three-way matching
• Verify pricing, quantities, terms, and approvals; resolve discrepancies
• Code transactions to correct GL accounts, jobs, and cost codes
• Manage AP inbox; follow up on missing POs, approvals, and receiving documents
• Process and review company credit card transactions; ensure proper coding
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
