Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers as they enter the branch and guide them to the right colleague.
• Engage in constant customer support in person and via telephone.
• Provide information on Rockland Trust products tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure accuracy in deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Make decisions with supervisor guidance as knowledge grows.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
