Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to be the friendly face in our branch, greeting customers and guiding them to the right colleague. You will provide courteous, accurate support for deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while learning Rockland Trust products and services to best serve customers.

With a focus on relationships and community, you will participate in Teller Training, collaborate with branch teams, and support branch goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Comfortable using technology and handling transactions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible work week including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide efficient, courteous service in person and by phone.
• Explain Rockland Trust products that fit customers' needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Learn and complete Teller Training with the training team.
