Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to be the friendly face at our branch, greeting customers and guiding them to the right solutions. You will support daily banking needs while learning to deliver personalized service and maintain accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends as customer needs dictate.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make a strong first impression to customers entering the branch.
• Provide constant customer support in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust banking products suited to their needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks and other transactions with accuracy.
• Make decisions with your supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Coordinate with training team to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
