Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch, warmly greeting them and guiding them to appropriate staff.
• Engage in constant customer support, providing efficient service in person and over the phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust banking products suited to their needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and other financial transactions with accuracy.
• Make decisions alongside supervisor as knowledge and responsibilities grow.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
