Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to available associates.
• Provide courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products tailored to their needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Learn responsibilities through training and collaboration with branch team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
