Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to support daily branch operations and deliver friendly, accurate customer service. You will handle routine transactions and help customers choose appropriate banking solutions, while training in Rockland Trust processes.

The role emphasizes a professional demeanor, flexibility to work weekends, and the ability to grow through the training program as part of a supportive team within the Tyngsborough, MA branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and computers.
• Sales and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete training program.
• Prior teller or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the branch and direct them to the right colleague.
• Provide efficient, courteous in-person and phone service.
• Explain Rockland Trust banking products to meet customers' needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisor and training team to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
