Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate business goals.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Must maintain professional appearance and positive interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and support customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible work week, including weekends as needed.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide ongoing customer support in person and by phone.
• Educate customers on Rockland Trust products best suited to their needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and training teams during Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
