Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years teller/related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Ability to compute basic to moderately complex math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transactions of teller staff to provide superior customer service.
• Maintain vault cash and assist tellers with supplies.
• Authorize teller transactions within assigned limits.
• Identify risks/regulatory concerns and BSA compliance.
• Schedule work hours and coordinate staff training and coaching.
• Assist tellers with complex transactions and customer issues.
• Assist with risk management and audits of teller functions.
• Build customer loyalty by courtesy and referrals to other staff.
• Follow bank policies, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
