The candidate will oversee cash vault operations, assist with scheduling, and support performance management while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in teller operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash, balancing standards, and research discrepancies.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products, services, systems, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily teller activities with direction, coaching, and support.
• Assist Branch Manager with scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution.
• Provide input on teller performance, coaching, and development.
• Oversee vault operations, ATM management, cash recyclers, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead branch audits related to teller operations and support corrective actions.
• Lead referral efforts and coaching to identify customer financial needs.
• Review and approve wires and official checks within authority limits.
• Review and approve override requests within limits.
• Provide guidance on complex customer transactions and mitigate risk.
• Support branch goals through teamwork and additional duties.
