Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Operations Services Supervisor to manage a single branch, lead the service line team, process teller transactions, and educate customers on bank capabilities.

The successful candidate will apply management, customer service, adaptability, and sales skills to drive efficiency, refer opportunities to partners, and maintain regulatory compliance across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR high school diploma or GED with 5 years in financial services or branch operations management.
• 5+ years cash-handling experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Retail Bank Management and Operations.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales metrics.
• Experience leading 2 or more associates.

Responsibilities

• Team management: oversee performance and personnel functions to deliver value for customers and meet bank expectations; coach and develop associates.
• Service standards: build partnerships, uncover sales or referral opportunities, listen to customer needs and take prompt action.
• Operations and administration: ensure regulatory compliance, complete required training, and maintain efficient office operations.
