MidFirst Bank is seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor to lead Tellers in a fast-paced banking center, modeling top-tier customer service while processing transactions and offering bank products.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, and train new hires to uphold internal controls, conduct audits, and foster a welcoming customer environment. Strong leadership and banking knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School (required)
• Demonstrated leadership experience (preferred)
• 2 years or more external banking experience in a teller role (required)

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to effectively identify opportunities with the customers they service
• Manage Teller work schedules, monitor overtime and assign tasks as needed throughout the day
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and executed properly to adhere to internal controls
• Perform monthly surprise cash audits as well as month‑end audit procedures
• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer‑focused environment
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their needs
• Process routine customer transactions as well as assist Tellers with more complex transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns to create positive solutions/outcomes
