Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the teller line to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop teller staff; train and onboard new tellers.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash, oversee vault and daily limits; manage teller-related reports.
