Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology to facilitate business goals.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing and continuous customer support.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch.
• Engage in constant customer support in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products best suited to their needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashing checks, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Make decisions alongside supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Learn through Rockland Trust's Teller Training with the training team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
