Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day teller line operations with the Branch Manager/Designee.
• Lead, coach, and develop tellers; drive sales opportunities and referrals.
• Train and onboard new tellers; evaluate performance.
• Foster a cohesive, positive team environment and maintain good relations with staff.
• Supervise and improve teller processes; ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Manage cash and vault operations; balance daily cash limits.
• Coordinate outbound calling and onboarding support for new customers.
• Profile customers using systems to generate leads for platform staff.
• Utilize product knowledge to meet customer needs and promote services.
• Promote self-service channels (ATM, Online/Mobile Banking).
• Generate monthly reports to ensure branch operations are sound.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and bank policies; support other departments as needed.
