Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day teller line operations with Branch Manager oversight.
• Provide leadership, conflict resolution, and process improvements.
• Lead teller sales activities and refer customers to appropriate products.
• Train and onboard tellers; evaluate performance.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong relationships with bank staff.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling.
• Support onboarding of new customers and outbound calling as needed.
• Promote self-service channels (ATM, Online Banking, Mobile Banking).
• Prepare monthly reports to ensure branch operations are sound.
