Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience typically required.
• Roles at this level do not require a university degree; a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Military service may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on banking options.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations and makes referrals to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engages customers in lobby activities to connect with them and promote PNC products.
• Assists Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
