Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identifies opportunities during customer interactions and refers to branch staff as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Supports Branch Manager with performance management and new-hire processes.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
