Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience typically required.
• No degree required; experience may substitute.
• Strong customer service and banking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Coaches and mentors tellers in identifying opportunities through conversations with customers and referrals to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and tools.
• Maintains clear communication, transaction handling and problem resolution processes.
• Assists Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures with sound judgment.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
