Job summary

You will support the Branch Manager with performance management, staff development, and ensuring accurate, efficient daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or retail.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with branch operations and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and promote PNC products and technology.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure daily branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
