Job summary

PNC Hertford is seeking a Lead Teller to coach tellers and lead a high-quality customer experience in the branch. You will identify banking opportunities during customer conversations, educate customers on digital tools, and refer prospects to appropriate branch staff.

You will also assist the Branch Manager with performance reviews and hiring while ensuring smooth daily operations. This in-office role emphasizes customer focus, risk awareness, and proactive sales within a collaborative team
