Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty.
• Educates customers on banking alternatives and refers opportunities to branch staff.
• Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations are efficient and accurate.
