PNC is seeking a Teller Lead in Stafford, VA to coach and mentor tellers, delivering a superior customer experience and identifying banking opportunities to grow share of wallet. The role emphasizes in-branch engagement, leveraging technology to assist customers, and supporting the Branch Manager with performance and hiring decisions.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and this is an in-office role aligned with PNC's emphasis on customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.

Responsabilités

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Adheres to policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and ensures daily operations are efficient and accurate.
