You will guide interactions, educate customers on banking options, and refer opportunities to drive branch growth. With 1+ year of related experience, you will support operations, performance reviews and hiring decisions while ensuring policy adherence.

Formación

• 1+ year of teller/banking-related experience.
• Ability to refer customers to branch staff and identify opportunities.
• Bilingual Spanish required for the role.
