Responsabilités

• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and follow Bank Policy.
• Assist customers with needs and introduce self-service where suitable.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address requests.
• Resolve escalated account service issues and log complaints.
• Complete AML/KYC activities and uphold risk controls.
