Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution; log complaints in the system.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce customers to banking partners.
• Perform branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) as needed.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete Consumer AML/KYC/BSA activities and ensure compliance controls.
