Responsibilities

• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Refer identified sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Perform AML/KYC-related activities and comply with risk controls.
• Adhere to applicable compliance and operational risk controls.
