Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos; identify self-service opportunities.
• Transition sales opportunities and refer to banking partners.
• Complete branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Complete AML/KYC/compliance-related activities.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls.
