Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in office meetings.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and needs; resolve issues.
• Proactively engage customers to understand needs and inform them of product features.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or referrals.
• Protect the bank by following compliance and security procedures.
