Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and greet visitors, providing education on products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and balance drawer daily.
• Resolve customer questions and refer complex requests to appropriate team.
• Protect the bank by following security, risk, and operational procedures.
• Support branch opening/closing tasks and participate in meetings as needed.
