Job summary

Northwest is seeking a Teller in Erie, PA to provide friendly customer service, process transactions, and resolve questions in a busy branch environment. You will balance the drawer, participate in daily branch operations, and support education on bank products and digital offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution, informing them of product/services.
• Greet customers, take ownership of issues, and refer complex requests to the right team.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing.
