Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and identify referral opportunities to boost office sales.
• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and inform them about product/service features and benefits.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Protect the bank by following compliance, risk and operational procedures.
