Job summary

Northwest is seeking a friendly Teller in Erie, PA to welcome customers, efficiently process transactions, resolve problems, and introduce bank products and services.

You will balance teller drawers, assist with questions, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team while delivering a high level of customer care.

A High School Diploma or equivalent and cash handling experience are preferred; banking or retail experience is a plus, with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and balancing procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and through email communications.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Protect the bank from unnecessary risk by following compliance, risk, and operational procedures.
