Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and referrals.
• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and other needs; refer complex requests to appropriate team member.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and balancing activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow security, compliance, and operational procedures and work with team to complete daily tasks.
