Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and helpful attitude.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures with accuracy.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools to assist customers.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash with accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Support audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain clean, welcoming work area; flexibility to support nearby branches.
